Refund Window

Refunds are possible within 12 hours of booking. After 12 hours from the time of purchase, the booking is non-refundable.

To request a refund within the 12-hour window, contact us as soon as possible with your name, booking details, and payment information.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or bank.
