Why this experience matters
You may be successful, capable, dependable, and surrounded by people — yet still feel like there is very little space to simply be yourself.
This session is designed to create a confidential and meaningful environment where women can reflect, connect, speak openly, and explore the parts of themselves that often get buried beneath everyday roles and responsibilities.
This is not about having everything wrong.
It is about finally creating space for you.

Stop Being Okay
How to stop hiding, start healing, and finally feel like yourself again. Plus the therapy workbook, Is It Time.
The facilitator
Rubina K. Singh, LCSW
Rubina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent more than fifteen years in mental health — supporting people through emotional, relational and personal challenges in New York, under her own clinical license.
Her approach is not clinical distance. It is a compassionate, respectful, non-judgemental room where meaningful conversation happens naturally — with particular understanding of South Asian and immigrant-background women who carry expectation, duty, and the quiet cost of holding everything together.
For a limited time, women in Islamabad can sit in that room with her, in person.

What we may explore
The conversation goes where the room needs it to go.
Nothing here is a syllabus. These are the themes that tend to surface when women finally have somewhere to put them down.
- 01Identity beyond being a wife, mother, daughter, or professional
- 02Emotional exhaustion and carrying too much
- 03Relationships and personal boundaries
- 04The expectations placed on women
- 05Self-worth and inner confidence
- 06Feeling disconnected from yourself
- 07Creating space for your own needs
- 08Personal growth, and the next chapter of your life
The session is built around real conversation — not lectures, not slides, not a stage.
I wish I could speak openly
without being judged.
Or: everyone depends on me, but who do I turn to?
Or simply: I want to understand myself better.
This is not a seminar. Not a lecture. It is an intimate women's group therapy experience — a space where you do not have to perform, impress, explain everything, or have all the answers.
Just come as you are.
Who this is for
You do not need to be in crisis to deserve this.
Meaningful therapeutic conversation is not an emergency service. It is maintenance for a life you intend to keep living well.

You carry a career or a business
and the version of you that shows up there has been running the whole show.
You manage a family
and everyone's needs are handled before yours are ever mentioned.
You feel emotionally stretched
not broken, not in crisis — just thin, in a way that is hard to name.
You are in a transition
a relationship, a move, a role, a chapter that is quietly ending or beginning.
You want to know yourself again
beneath the roles, the duties, and everybody else's expectations.
